Returns and Refunds

The products sold by Ladies, Wine & Design Manila are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns.  The costs associated with returning items to Ladies Wine and Design Manila will solely be the responsibility of the customer.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase due to an error with the printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a courtesy reprint.  If this may be the case with your order, contact Ladies, Wine & Design Manila via email at [email protected]. Include your contact information, order number, and digital images of the damage/defects. Issues must be raised by the customer within seven (7) days of the order being delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If agreed by both parties, Ladies, Wine & Design Manila may fully/partially refund the order rather than issuing a reprint. You will receive the refund on the same mode of payment you have made the order. For credit/debit card transactions, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

 

 

Shipping

The costs of shipping orders will be made available in the shopping cart during check out. Ladies, Wine & Design Manila is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier. However, if your order delivery is delayed, please contact us for whatever assistance we may be able to provide.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you choose to return any items. There are no refunds for orders shipped to the wrong address as provided by the client.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our warehouse and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
