How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly on our online store and paid via PayPal.

For other modes of payment like bank transfers or e-wallets, please use this form.

What modes of payment are available?

We accept PayPal, BPI bank deposit, and GCash.

Is there a shipment schedule?

Cut-off of orders is every Wednesday at  4:00 PM (Philippines). Orders placed by the cut-off will be shipped out on Monday the following week. Please take note of shipment lead time based on your delivery area. 

Example: Orders placed on Thursday will be processed on the next order cut-off and will be ready for shipment on Monday the week after. 

Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila?

Yes, please allow 7 to 10 days lead time for shipments outside Metro Manila.

I am from Metro Manila, how long will it take before I receive my order?

Estimated delivery time for Metro Manila orders is 5 days. 

Do you deliver outside the Philippines?

Yes. Shipping and taxes will be shouldered by customer.

How are the prints packaged?

A4 and A3 prints will be shipped out in poster tubes. Postcards will be shipped in a mail pouch.

My prints a rolled up, how can I flatten it?

To flatten, roll out the print on a clean, flat and hard surface (like a table). Place something heavy (books work particularly well) on each corner and in the middle to weigh it down. Leave this for 24 hours. Remove weights to reveal a flat poster!
